Eric leads the team building the product portfolio that has enabled the nonprofit Baltimore Banner to amass 50,000 digital subscribers in two years on the way to proving out a sustainable business model for local news. Before joining The Banner, he was a senior director of product management at Gannett and held product and news leadership roles at The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Seattle Times and the Los Angeles Times. He is a former coach in the Table Stakes organizational transformation program and was part of the founding steering committee of the News Product Alliance, a community of support and practice for product thinkers in the news industry.
