Natalie Daher is an editor and journalist based in Washington, DC. She currently works as an editor at Axios focused on planning, leading and shaping daily and long-term web team coverage across politics, health, tech, business and climate teams. She manages news editors and reporters; coordinates Axios Live events coverage; and contributes to the overall strategy of growing Axios.com while also having a hand in the company's many newsletters. She previously worked as a digital politics editor at CNN, primarily focused on general assignment, breaking news and occasional features and analysis. Before that, she lived in New York and worked as senior editor at NowThis, where she helped launch and develop written products at the mobile-first startup known for reaching young people, plus worked on the video and social teams. Natalie values mentorship inside and outside the newsroom and has also written for various publications including Lapham’s Quarterly, Racked, HuffPost, CityLab, The Daily Beast and The Week. She started her career as a local reporter at the Minneapolis Star Tribune after graduating from The University of Pittsburgh. She grew up outside of Philadelphia, and yes, loves Wawa.
